Members build authentic relationships, expand their networks, increase their visibility, share opportunities, and support one another as they navigate leadership, career, business, and life.

  • The Circle is designed for ambitious, purpose driven women across industries and stages of life and leadership who believe in collaboration over competition. We welcome women who are ready to contribute to the community, build genuine relationships, share their expertise and resources, and actively support the success of other women.

  • Members connect through a mix of gatherings, professional development, strategy sessions, social experiences, and special events throughout the year. Our programming is intentionally varied so connection happens in different ways, not just around a meeting table.

  • Most in person experiences are held throughout the Philadelphia region at thoughtfully selected venues that complement the experience we are creating. Select strategy sessions, professional development opportunities, and member conversations may also be offered virtually.

  • Absolutely. Members are encouraged to introduce women who they believe would be a strong addition to the Circle. Because we are intentional about protecting the culture and quality of our community, prospective members must complete the membership inquiry and selection process before being invited to join.

  • Membership begins with submitting a membership inquiry. Selected prospective members are invited to an introductory conversation with members of the Circle so we can learn more about one another and determine whether membership is a mutual fit. If selected for membership, you will receive a formal invitation to join.escription

  • Membership is $39.99 per month or $399 annually and includes access to the Circle community, member experiences, strategy sessions, visibility opportunities, preferred member pricing, and other member benefits. Membership is a 12 month commitment.
